HCLL has a strong collection of superseded state and federal
statutes. For Minnesota, statutory compilations are available back to
territorial times.
HCLL has a complete set of the Code of Federal Regulations
back to 1938. The library has one of the best collections of Minnesota
regulations including Minnesota
Rules, MCAR,
and pre-MCAR
individual agency regulations.
Depending on the date, federal and state case reports are available
in print, electronic or microform. A complete collection of pre-National
Reporter System decisions is a major part of the microform collection.
